Returns & Refunds for Damaged Items Only

We only accept returns and issue refunds for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return due to damage or defect:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • The issue must be reported within 10 days of delivery
How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for damaged or defective items, subject to availability.
If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For orders shipped to the European Union, applicable consumer protection laws may apply. However, returns and refunds are limited to damaged or defective items only.
